What's the best thing to use for damaged hair?

My hair isn't that damaged, but it has some split ends and has some breakage. I just got a hair cut a month and a half ago and I'm trying to grow it long. What's the best shampoo, conditioner, and like leave-in cream for damaged hair? They're so many different ones, I don't know which one is the best.
