Is West Coast University a good choice for a quick RN and BSN?

I like the fact that the school gets your RN and BSN done in three years. My goal is to go to the Kaiser Anesthesia school and I am not sure if there are any other fast school options out there. The price is very high and I am not sure what to do. Does anyone know of a school that is fast like West Coast?
