Want to make a relatively easy southern dinner easy 10pts?

ok so i used to live in Georgia , and honestly i miss the food found there(sighs) anyway this weekend when i am off from work i would like to cook a good southern dinner i would like it to be relatively easy so i don't want like a 105 step process side lol. i know i want to make fried green tomatoes but that's all i know, i would like another side, main dish and desert. so if anyone has any ideas it would be very much appreciated there's no occasion so it doesn't need to be extravagant.
