Would you read/watch this anime/manga?

Reminds me a bit like D. Gray man and or Deadmans Wonderland. But it does sound good. A little depressing. If an anime came out I would totally watch it. I would try out the manga. But its really hard for me to read manga since I am slow at it. I like anime better because I get to skip the boring parts.
