Should Yahoo accept any responsibility for actions taken because of answers given on here?

I am talking about the health section, which has questions about serious medical conditions and injuries. I know that tucked away in section 19a of their guidelines they say they won't, but by allowing people to give answers whereby the person asking may come to harm, aren't they negating the disclaimer or guideline?
