Creationists, two questions about the Noah story?

if Noah only had to bring two of every unclean animal and seven of every clean, and all those animals had to breathe through their nostrils, how do you get a whale on board?and wouldn't that kill off all the bugs,and salt water fish,considering the decrease in the salinity of the oceans?
