How to lose weight as a 13 year old teenage male.?

Do this to lose weight : wake up have 2 biscuts (marie biscuts) and a gl of water and go to the gym walk on the treadmil at a minimum pace of 6 kilo meters per hour start at a slow pace at first and gradually build up the pace and stamina reduce speed for 2 mins or 3 mins if you feel tired and slowly increase speed again when you've recovered.Walk on the treadmil for about 20 mins or so. When you'er done with the treadmil rest for some time and then do the latrel pull down and some rowing 3 sets each at a weight that you are comfortable with.Do this 6 days a week you should see results in 6 months.Consult your doctor before you start .Consistancy is the key.
