Where a place to buy low priced clothes?(read description for details)?

im a 13 year old boy and well im getting new clothes cuz i outgrew all my old ones. I wear skinny jeans cuz baggy jeans look really bad on me also skinny anything uhmm and some shirts :] I might also get a clic pair of vans for 15 dollars pretty cheap. Well can u give me any links to some sites u think r good btw i live in L.A. And no hot topic too emo for me xD
