Why is my hair thinning & falling out for a Year now.Healthy.Good bloodwork.?

in 2000 myhair broke off & shedded fora fe months due to nerves.Now my hair is thinning And falling out for an unknown reason.My thyroid test& blood work are good so do i need a dermatologist?Beem avoiding them due to mis diagnosis before by other docs.This is been worsening for a year.please advise.I will try almost anything ,Thanks
