What to study after my B.Sc Zoology (from IGNOU)? Interested in any some good science stream studies.?

I am currently studying B.Sc Zoology from IGNOU and hope to finish it in 2009. I would like to know about the good colleges in Mumbai where I can study Biotech or other such science (biology) based courses. Also I would like to know if i will be having any problem in further studies after doing my B.Sc from IGNOU? Hoping for satisfifying replies. Thanks in advance.
