My Cell Phone... HELP!!!?

Okay I have a sliver razr cell phone. I have had it since June. Lately, I have had some troubles with it. For instance, every time i close it then reopen it, All i get is a pure white screen for like five minutes. My phone isn't that old and I need it to last for a long time!!! How should I get this to work??? HELP!!!!
