Career options......?

I'm a high schooler and a teacher of mine gave me a packet with college scholarship and grant info. I'm a good student and want to go to college, but I have no idea what major/career I should take on. Could anyone tell me what careers are open to a student like me? I have outstanding grades and am very organized, with average math skills and trouble speaking in front of a crowd. I am a good writer, like ancient history and can speak three languages (English, Spanish, & Italian). What's out there for me?
