Is this enough food for a day?

you eat more than a lot of people I know.. I know a girl whi drinks a smoothie and that's it all day.. But I think you should eat a little more.. Maybe rice, pasta, but in moderate portions.. Yogurt is good too you can throw that in your diet.. But I am no expert but I do feel what you are eating is too little..
