I used to scrub hulls up in Long beach (San Pedro), for Down Under Diver Services, Been away awhile, now i'm back in san diego. I'm wondering if most of the hull cleaners are "mom and pop" outfits, or do the marinas provide their own cleaners. If I knew when and where the divers showed up for their morning work, I might be able to get some info directly from an employee. I loved my job as a diver/cleaner and ideally, i'd love to do it again for one of these san diego places.
