Do these computer parts go together?

I think the bulldozer processors will take about another year, and the price also might be more than 300$, so i think its better to stop waiting and go with the i7 2600k, its a really awesome processor, and if you can overclock it to about 4.0 GHz, then it may even match the performance of the intel core extreme processors.
