Big red itchy bumps on fingers & thighs.?

i got these big red itchy bumps i think a day ago? they are on my thighs & on my right hand, on my pinkie knuckle and on the side of my hand and on the middle finger and one is not going onto my middle finger, and the ones on my thighs are huge. i need help finding out what these bumps are, thank you
